Pricing questions
What counts as usage time?
Only the time a phone or tablet is connected to a computer. Computers controlling each other don’t count, and neither does using Tasks.
Is the free hour per device?
No, it’s per account. All your phones and tablets share it. Unused time doesn’t carry over to the next month.
What happens when the hour runs out?
Your phone can’t start new sessions until the 1st of next month, unless you get a membership. Your computers aren’t affected.
Do computers ever need a membership?
No. VibeDesk on Mac and Windows is free, whether the computer is controlling or being controlled.
Where do I buy?
In the iPhone or Android app, or on the website from your account page. A membership works on every device signed in to your account, wherever you bought it.
How do I cancel?
In the App Store or Google Play if you bought there, or on your account page if you bought on the website. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
